Shyan Selah to Appear on Bronx Bull Feature Film Soundtrack

June 22, 2012 - PRLog -- International recording artist Shyan Selah has been chosen to write and perform a song for the Bronx Bull Soundtrack. This marks the second time Selah has been chosen by the film’s director, Martin Guigui, to lend his talent to a film project. Selah also wrote and performed the theme song to 2011’s Born to Ride, which starred Casper Van Dien and was helmed by Guigui.

“I jump at every chance to collaborate creatively with Shyan and I’m pumped Shyan will be contributing his songwriting sensibilities and energy to this powerful story,” says Guigui.

“Working with Martin is like playing on the block with the fellas, it’s that natural” states Selah. “He’s an incredible musician and being on the set watching him direct has shown me that he’s equally skilled on the film making side. I’m just thankful and honored to be involved with the Bronx Bull Project.”

Bronx Bull tells the story of world middle weight boxing champ, Jake La Motta’s tumultuous life and times. The film is currently in production and stars William Forsythe, Natasha Henstridge, Alicia Witt and Penelope Ann Miller.

In addition to Shyan Selah, the Bronx Bull soundtrack will feature music from 50 Cent, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, Alicia Witt and others.
