“Our mission is to help law firm leaders be more effective in their challenging, often ill-defined, roles," says John Remsen, Jr., President and CEO. “Participants have always enjoyed our high-level participants and our interactive format, and we do not intend to change that. We will continue to work with the same format, introducing new topics and speakers as we move forward."
Programs are designed especially for law firm managing partners by law firm managing partners and are developed and refined based on input from past participants and the Forum Advisory Board. The Advisory Board consists of thirty six (36) managing partners, mostly from mid-size law firms. Topics often focus on issues such as firm leadership, strategic planning, compensation systems, growth strategies, and marketing and business development.
Since 2002, The Managing Partner Forum has presented twenty-one (21) law firm leadership conferences in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and St. Louis. More than 750 firm leaders from 625 law firms have participated in previous programs.
