Bournemouth Property Association - June Breakfast Meeting

June 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Following on from recent successes of the inaugural Bournemouth Property Association lunch which took place in March and last month’s breakfast seminar re Urban Development, the BPA are pleased to announce the date of the next breakfast.

It will be on 28th June at 7.30 and will be held at AFCB.

There will be 2 short talks this month.  The first, delivered by Des Simmons, MD of Bournecoast Letting Agents, will highlight a recent tribunal case that has changed the way tax is being attributed to Furnished Holiday Lets.  

The second talk by Paul Tansey, MD of Intergage, will look at how local property businesses may benefit from utilising their social media.

Chaired by Suki Samra, the Bournemouth Property Association was formed in 2008 but has been going from strength to strength over the past 2 years.

The BPA holds events across the year for property professionals to network and socialise with a wide range of property professionals in the same market sector.  It also provides a vehicle to obtain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points via informative bi-monthly seminars.
