Included in the book are recipes to create made from scratch meals, sauces, and snacks with adaptations for gluten-free and lactose-free options for those that have food sensitivities. The book’s website has a blog that includes recipes and other tidbits not in the book.
Tracey Allen has been home cooking for over 27 years and gardening for over 15 years, while writing articles on a various topics as a member of the Professional Writers Association of Canada.
