The culmination of months of planning and preparation for the wedding day and a chance to finally relax and spend quality time with your new wife or husband. It is supposed to be a special occasion filled with memories that will last a lifetime. However, what happens when it all goes wrong?

Sometimes that trip of a lifetime includes things you just don't remember seeing in the brochure when you booked your package holiday to that fabulous location.

Their problems started when they arrived in their room to find twin beds instead of a double and continued with a long list of complaints about the state of the room and the hotel generally.  After returning home and making a complaint to Thomas Cook they were told they would not be refunded any money being as they didn't make a complaint whilst at the resort.
