At the End of his speech he said, “For the past six months my students been asking me how and why I became a chef. Well I like to share my story with you now." He sang the song Sandy from the movie Grease and the crowd roared with laughter. This is a song that he sung at their talent contest a month before and everyone was asking for a on cord performance. Chef Daniel chose that song because once he did cook a meal for John Travolta in his home in Ocala. Chef Brule said he does not have plans for a singing career but wouldn't mind to find out what Howard Stern thinks of his singing.
