AMY LYNDON ATTACHED TO DIRECT ROM-COM, ‘A PERFECT DATE’


Miami, FL – May 7, 2012 – Blanket Films Entertainment today announced that Amy Lyndon
(THE WHISKEY GIRLS, NCIS, ODESSA) has been tapped to direct A PERFECT DATE.

Lyndon, a multi-award winning filmmaker and successful actress, would make A PERFECT DATE
her feature film directorial debut. “The script was hilarious and I look forward to working with Fernando
Arias and Blanket Films on this exciting project,” said Lyndon.

With over 20 years of experience in both comedy and drama, in front of and behind the camera, we
just know she will bring a fresh and exciting take to the story.”

The story revolves around a love scorned bar owner who has trouble with relationships. But when he
realizes that an old flame caused him to have a pessimistic view of commitment, he seeks help from a
matchmaker to get a new romantic lease on life.

The film is set to shoot in Miami in the second half of 2012.
