Eagle Systems Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification

With more emphasis on cost control, quality, and efficiency within organizations, Eagle Systems responds through their recent ISO 9001:2008 certification and client-based quality management system.

May 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Eagle Systems, a nationally recognized provider of integrated logistics, training and medical support services for the federal government, has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. Eagle Systems was registered on March 24, 2012 by Platinum Registration, an ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) certified organization.

As Federal budgets are slashed, Federal Contractors like Eagle Systems must find ways to improve quality and client satisfaction while improving efficiency and lowering the cost to serve. The quality management system developed by Eagle Systems was designed not only to conform to the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), but also tailored to the specific needs of their clients and reflective of their commitment to providing exceptional customer service.  Increased efficiency, consistency in service, and cost savings are just some of the many tangible benefits provided by an ISO-certified organization.

Rhonda Clemmer, Sr. Vice President, commented, “Eagle Systems has always been very focused on process control, client care, and quality service; however, certification by the ANAB is one more indication of our commitment to exceed our clients’ expectations.”

Eagle Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Columbia Group, specializes in integrated logistics, engineering, training, program management, and medical support services and provides client-focused solutions in over 25 locations across the United States and abroad to include Fort Benning, Fort Detrick, and Fort Bragg.
