TW Allison Launches Second Website

The new website will be a rich source for articles, primarily written by TW Allison's GM and Senior Consultant, Michael Allison, on the subjects of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Training.

TW Allison was founded in February, 2009. The company has very quickly become a leading provider of corporate training solutions in the Pearl River Delta. Most recently, TW Allison has expanded its business into Hong Kong.

Founder and General Manager, Michael Allison, explains the idea behind the new website: "There are a couple of reasons I wanted to launch a second website. One reason is because the china coporate training landscape is riddled with companies offering the same old training solutions. Very few companies are offering anything 'new' or somewhat 'innovative.' This is an issue that ChinaCorporateTraining.com will address.

Secondly, with so many training companies and trainers offering their services, it has become very clear to me that many companies are not receiving the highest quality of training that they could or should be. The vast majority of trainers that I have seen conducting workshops lack the most basic qualities and skills necessary to really inspire their trainees to change for the better. I have personally been in workshops where people were falling asleep because the trainer was so unengaging and boring. When companies hire a training provider, they should be getting the highest value possible for their training dollars.
