Mr. Schold, from Queens, N.Y., has been living and working in China for the past four years. In his role as Business Development Manager, his focus will be on both the Shenzhen and Hong Kong markets and the expansion of TW Allison's soft skills training business in those cities.

Besides his role as Business Development Manager, Mark will also be conducting soft skills training related to communication skills. Mark is fluent in Mandarin and has a deep understanding of the Asian culture.
