US Testing Equipment wins BPA

US Testing Equipment, LTD announced today that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for the provision of ASTM F792-88 Step Wedge Kits under BPA# HSTS04-12-A-CT7006.  The contract is for a three year period and is effective immediately.

“We are extremely pleased to have met all of the technical qualifications and to have been selected as a supply source for the TSA’s requirements” said Reese Carpenter, President of US Testing.  He added that the award would be a significant addition to the existing BPA that the Company currently holds with the TSA for the provision of Trace Detection Consumables which is in the third year of a five year term.  

“The BPA requires that we provide an online ordering platform to facilitate the order placement and fulfillment process” added Kevin Walsh, Director of Business Development.  “We expect to utilize the current online ordering facility that is in place now for the TSA consumables so that we can transition as quickly as possible into satisfying this new mission.”

Carpenter concluded that “US Testing will continue to focus on the development of its government business sector through both aggressive solicitation response and through enhancing our existing GSA Advantage presence.”
