Trees for the Future enters the Global Giving Challenge

Trees for the Future is entering Global Giving's fundraising challenge starting April 1st until April 30. Trees for the Future pilot project for fundraising is Reforestation in Haiti.
 
March 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Trees for the Future enters the Global Giving Challenge

Silver Spring, Maryland, March 28, 2012- In commemoration of the Earth Day in April, Trees for the Future (TFTF) set a goal of planting 17 million trees worldwide in 2012.  To achieve this goal TFTF is participating in GlobalGiving's Open Challenge. GlobalGiving is an online fundraising platform for non profit organizations which works with corporate and individual donors to raise money and organize donors for a specific project posted on their website.

To obtain these benefits TFTF needs to raise a minimum amount of USD $4,000 for the project posted for challenge from at least 50 unique. The details of the challenge are given below.

Project Description: Reforestation and Sustainable Agriculture in Bethel, Haiti
Funding Goal: USD 25,000
   Online Challenge Dates: April 1st –April 30

TFTF is inviting donations from individual donors, and corporations, to donate to the project mentioned.
