March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- There is nothing simple about caring for children with food allergies! When we realized our son Creed was reacting to certain foods, we had to make a lot of changes to our diet and lifestyle.

As complicated as it was/is for us to stay on top of things, it gets even more complicated to try to explain to Creed’s diet to others.

I started looking for an easy way to remind family, friends and other caregivers, but…

Every product I found was too specific (peanut allergy, dairy allergy, soy allergy…). I was not going to put multiple bands on my kid to cover all the necessary bases. And, when it comes down to it, caregivers need to ask me —the mom— what is and isn’t okay because food allergies and sensitivities are tricky (product labels are not required to list EVERYTHING a product contains).

http://www.AskMomFirst.com medical alert bracelets for food allergies remind friends, caregivers, teachers, and daycare workers of your child’s needs and begin the dialogue with you, the mom, about what is acceptable for your child.

http://www.AskMomFirst.com bands are 100% USA made (materials and manufacturing) from certified lead free, medical-grade silicone. They can be washed and dried right along with your kid’s hands and don’t have inks or writing that can fade away.
