British Red Cross Teams Up with VolunteerHub for Innovative Volunteer Management Software

VolunteerHub today announced its relationship with the British Red Cross. The British Red Cross selected VolunteerHub for its innovative volunteer management software.

March 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Carr Engineering Inc., the US-based software firm behind VolunteerHub, the innovative volunteer management software, has teamed up with the British Red Cross to optimize the organization’s volunteering systems.  

The VolunteerHub software that the British Red Cross has adopted is designed to help sustain volunteering initiatives, organize events and support workforce, and is currently being used to manage over 1,000,000 event registrations.  

Richard Hankins, the British Red Cross head of event first aid said: “The British Red Cross is looking forward to enhancing its volunteer experience. Our use of VolunteerHub has shown it to be well received and effective.

“We are rolling this tool out to our volunteers across the country and thousands of them are already registered,” he added.

The VolunteerHub tool is built on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, requiring no software to maintain or install. Nonprofit organizations use VolunteerHub to streamline volunteer registration, scheduling, and track volunteer hours.
