Encounter Baroque to Bossa Nova at London’s Bolivar Hall

March 9, 2012 - PRLog -- London, March 9 2012:  Il Festino’s latest offering brings together the works of composers from Baroque to Bossa Nova on stage at London’s Bolivar Hall tonight (9th March 2012), promising an energetic and entertaining performance that will bring the cultural heritage of the music to life.  

Featuring gifted Brazilian born soprano Gabriela Di Laccio, Il Festino consists of a talented group of musicians who individually have gained their reputation in Early Music, Classical and Jazz creating a truly unique perspective to the interpretation of music from Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque periods and beyond.

In exploring their combined passion for interpreting the music of established baroque figures as well as researching lesser known Spanish and Latin American composers, The Ensemble has engaged a wide audience with its innovative and exciting repertoire that extends their inspired style to modern music also.
