Partners Advantage Appoints Director of Project Development

March 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Juan Pablo Troncoso Philippi as the Director of Project Development. As of part of his responsibilities, Troncoso Philippi will implement strategies for special projects, including directing the company’s SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards® program. He will also train managers on sales and marketing programs to enable them to be replicated on a national basis. Among his priorities, he will be focused on enhancing multicultural exposure and understanding of the company’s marketing programs throughout the life and annuity industry.

“Juan’s history of success with special projects and multicultural sales, combined with his actuarial experience, made him an especially attractive candidate for this newly created position at Partners Advantage,” stated Senior Vice President James Lehmann.

Prior to joining Partners Advantage, Troncoso Philippi worked at ING Insurance in several capacities including multicultural sales manager, head of product management and head of pricing/senior actuary. His areas of expertise include: sales and business development, strategy and product marketing, and team collaboration.

He earned a master’s degree in finance from the University of Chile in Santiago and holds a series 6 securities licenses and a life insurance license.
