Ayer, MA Single-family Home Prices Drop, Sales Rise January 2012

The median price of single-family homes fell 20.4 percent in January 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $60,000.  Single-family home sales in Ayer, MA increased 50 percent in January 2012, a difference of just one sale compared to January 2011.  

The median price of condominiums increased 93.8 percent in January 2012, a difference of $75,000 compared to the previous January. Condominium sales rose 400 percent in January 2012, a difference of four sales compared to January 2011.

There were zero multi-family homes sold in Ayer, MA in January 2012, down from one sale the previous January.
