Raleigh Real Estate Listings Expands Its Listing to Include 19,000 Properties

While price reductions were 921 for April 2011, they were only 553 for February 2012, indicating high demand of Raleigh property on initial price. To make its database more comprehensible for first-time buyers, Raleigh Real Estate Listings has introduced a few parameters through which buyers can easily search for homes in the Raleigh and Wake Forest area also informally known as “the triangle”.
The database contains more than 19,000 homes, townhomes, condos, foreclosures and short sales, which extensively cover the area and minimizes buyer’s time in house hunting through conventional means of newspapers or referrals.

Buyers can search for homes by selecting their required number of beds, baths and selecting the appropriate box of condo, home, townhouse or land. The directory will return a search listing, giving buyers a number of options.
In addition to this, buyers can also enter the MLS number of property in an MLS search box, on the website.
“The MLS number is usually present in ad listings of realty. It allows realtors to pull out more information of realty than is available in a newspaper such as the neighborhood environment. Usually, buyers give MLS number to their realtors but with this MLS directory, buyers can do an extensive research about a particular property without ever visiting the site. The Multiple Listing System number has a listing of all the real estate that is available for sale,” states Rick.
Raleigh Listing provides other services for the convenience of buyers. Buyers can subscribe to a regular email update service to know about the latest real estate offerings. It also provides the facility of automated home searches. Buyers can also save realty search results returned by the website.
Investors and buyers can also browse through certain Raleigh communities and Wake Forest neighborhoods.
