wispa Limited find solution to rural broadband problem

wispa Limited announce their discovery of the apparent solution to the rural broadband problem in Wales

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Welsh broadband consultancy practice wispa Limited are proud to announce that they have established why rural broadband has been so difficult an issue to solve.

"at wispa Limited we are hardly alone in being so frustrated by the apparent indifference that the Welsh Government has displayed in solving the rural broadband issue in Wales.  NGBW (Next Generation Broadband Wales) is essentially the diversionary tactic of a Government that is either not interested or thinks it is too difficult a problem to fix,"

said Richard Brown, wispa Limited COO.

"rural broadband is an issue that needs resolution, and the Government's own study says that universal broadband in Wales will deliver £2.3bn to the economy.  They simply don't know how to do it, and are absolutely at the behest of BT when it comes to a 'solution'"

continued Brown.

Thankfully, it seems that wispa Limited's consultants have established the root cause to the broadband issue.

Trees.

The common structural occurrence in areas where broadband has been successfully deployed are predominantly areas that do not have a pre-pondernece of trees (both deciduous and coniferous).

"If it takes me to get out there with a chainsaw, then I will," said Brown with regard to the discovery of the root cause of the problem.

wispa Limited are currently generating sufficient funding to begin the systematic removal of trees across Wales, in an effort to get the Government to see beyond the urban areas and take action in the rural areas.  Once sufficient funding is established tree removal will begin in Montgomeryshire.

The trees will be pulped and put into use to make paper for the current activity that _does_ appear to be important to the Welsh Government, the nonsense that is Carwyn Jones' determination that Wales requires a written constitution.  It is estimated that the amount of paper that is required to pursue this folly will be roughly proportional to the success of creating paper less offices once the tree removal begins.

Those wishing to contribute to the tree removal fund are invited to contact wispa Limited.
