By: Carol Branch “Men Who Cook offers a unique dining and dancing experience,” After the chefs rush to make last minute preparations, guests sample a wide variety of specialties – from scallops wrapped in bacon to Brunswick stew. A panel of female judges will tally votes and determine the winners of categories, including Tantalizing Taste Bud, Dynamic Chef Duo, Most Likely to Make in My Own Kitchen, and People’s Choice awards. Rowena Fullinwider has been designated as the honorary chairwomen of the judge’s panel. As guests taste the savory samples, the Jim Newsom Quartet will provide entertainment. Tickets for Men Who Cook are $40 per person ($50 at the door), or $150 for four. Admission includes sampling of chef’s dishes, a ticket for an adult beverage and door prize registration.
