MAREI Announces Mortgage Note Buying & Selling Training Workshop in March.

Feb. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Thirty Year Veteran Eddie Speed has purchased more than 30,000 notes and his lifetime sales volume exceeds .5 billion dollars.  He has brokered more notes that any other individual in the business and has grown his operation from a successful two-person office to a company with more than 50 employees.  While purchasing seller-financed notes from real estate investors he saw the need for training in the industry and he began mentoring his investors on how to create the highest quality notes.  He has written a book on the subject, Streetwise Seller Financing, and trains in the industry across the country several times a year.

This event is planned for Saturday March 17th from 8:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon and will include lunch.  This workshop will be held in the Career Education System Classrooms located inside of Ward Parkway Shopping Center at 8600 Ward Parkway, Kansas City Missouri.  .The costs range from $25 to $35 a person with special pricing for couples and business partners as well as for members of Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors.  Seating is limited to 50 people.
