Feb. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Plowing through the snow down Main Street is a brick house of a man who resembles the love child of Ricky Ricardo and Aldo Cello, his large frame clad in only a white XXL custom fit Armani suit. This Cuban version of the Abominable Snowman slopes towards a friend and asks in a thick accent, "What's up?" Their response?  “Ricky, does Lucy know you're here?"

For a guy who thought IMDb was a division of the NSA at Christmas time, Noval has certainly moved quickly, with a sealed deal of six films due for production and release in association with the multi-threat man - actor, artist, writer and film maker - James Franco, plus Edward Bass. First up expect Wrong Number, a story uniting two strangers when one of them phones, you guessed it, the wrong number. Belle is based on Norwegian-American serial killer Belle Gunness in the 1900’s. Tar takes a look at C.K. Williams’ life over the space of forty years through a vignette of autobiographical poems. "I’ve got six films for this year” Noval says “but I want to find another six projects. It’s 2012 and we’re losing time!”.

So who is Victorino Noval?

His proud connections to his Cuban heritage extend to his active involvement in finding a peaceful middle ground between America and Cuba, economically and culturally. Having earned the titles of ‘business magnate’ through real estate investment and ‘philanthropist’ from his cause-worthy Victorino Noval Foundation, in honour of his father, what compelled him to delve into the virtually foreign world of film? "I like the challenge," Noval puts it simply.

He is like the hometown quarterback after the big game, but the big game is 24/7. A devoted father and husband, he extends his compassion to the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation, The Children’s Trust Fund and the “Spark of Love” toy fund. In keeping with the film theme, Noval will utilize the film deal with Franco to showcase the brightest students at NYU’s Tisch.

He lands into popular midtown restaurant TAO with his new New York buddies. There's Mark Baker, owner of 77 Club, Richard Johnson of Page 6 fame and gossip and New York State Senator John Flanigan.  Good times and good deeds are all a part of the Noval brand.
