“The Donetsk office relocation is a logical step at the time of the company’s rapid growth,” says Marina Vyshegorodskikh, Ciklum HR Director. “Until recently we’ve had 11 employees in Donetsk and today we already have 17 employees. Moving forward, we plan to grow from 17 to 50 in the near future.”
As of today, Ciklum has around 250 open vacancies in Ukraine and Belarus. In particular, Ciklum Donetsk Office has a very high demand for mobile, PHP and .Net developers. According to Marina Vyshegorodskikh, Donetsk has many strong middle and senior developers who are more than welcome to join the big Ciklum family.
“We do believe the new office will make work and leisure time in Ciklum more comfortable and enjoyable,” says Marina Vyshegorodskikh. “The bigger the office, the more opportunities it provides for hosting various internal and external events which are an essential part of Ciklum’s corporate culture.”
Once the office has been fully designed in a Scandinavian style, Ciklum Donetsk will start hosting the acknowledged IT events such as thematic Ciklum Saturdays, Hackathons, and PM Camps, and continue creating new formats of knowledge sharing events. In addition, Ciklum Donetsk Office will be made available as a platform for hosting different external IT events such as seminars, conferences, meetups and so on.
With this new step being made, Ciklum is looking forward to strengthening its leading position in the Ukrainian IT labor market and proving to be a valuable contributor in the development of the Donetsk IT Community.
