Ashford Financial Group today announced the promotion of Mr. Michael James.

Feb. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Ashford Financial Group (TOKYO), independent investment management firm based in Tokyo, has announced that Mr. Michael James to the position of Client Relations Manager for Pacific region.
Ashford Financial Group’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Arthur Henderson stated that “Mr. James had been the perfect candidate for the role due to his ever expanding client base in the Pacific Region. Through his hard work over the past 3 years his clientele in the Pacific region made substantial gains in the investment markets”
Mr. James joined Ashford Financial Group 4 years ago and has been working with the company’s sales and strategy team based in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. James spoke of his “delight to have been offered this opportunity”. He will be working closely with Mr. Henderson over the next few months in preparation for his new role at Ashford Financial Group.
Ashford Financial Group’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Arthur Henderson went on to say “I am personally delighted that Mick (Michael) has been given this new role within the company as I personally head hunted Mick from Europe four years ago to work with us (Ashford Financial Group) here in Tokyo. Through hard work and his expertise of the investment markets he has justified the faith I showed in him in bringing him over to Asia.”
Mr. James will oversee the sales team at the Regional Pacific office. Working closely with both Mr. Henderson and the yet to be announced Sales Director for the Pacific region. Up to 20 new strategists will be recruited and promoted from the company over the next 6-9 months to strengthen the company’s client base in the Pacific region, which will then compliment their existing coverage of the Domestic and European markets from the company’s Tokyo based Head Office.
