Addie Atkins Named Territory Sales Manager for Boral TruExterior Trim

Feb. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- (BOSTON) Addie Atkins has accepted and started as the Territory Sales Manager for the Boral TruExteriorTM Trim product line in the New England market. Based out of Boston, Atkins will support the development and success of the Boral TruExterior Trim channel by generating market awareness, and driving sales targeted at builders, remodelers, and architects.

“Addie brings many years of proven experience calling on the architectural, builder, and remodeler segments in New England” notes Tom Zimmerman, Director of Sales and Marketing “Addie’s knowledge of the market and experience in the channel will help TruExterior Trim pioneer a new category of exterior trim in the marketplace and add sales growth for our channel.”

In her role, Addie will be responsible for providing channel support, pull through sales, and increasing the awareness for Boral TruExterior Trim in the market place.

“Given my past experience and industry connections, this role is a perfect fit,” notes Addie Atkins. “I look forward to helping expand the interest and acceptance of TruExterior Trim throughout New England.” Atkins has many years of experience with low maintenance and green building products for an array of applications.  She has been guiding builders and architects to the best products to achieve their performance and environmental goals.  

Prior to joining the Boral TruExterior Trim sales team, Atkins worked as a Sales Representative for the Trex Company, Branch Manager for Green Depot, and most recently as a Market Development Manager for Mid-State Lumber. Atkins is involved with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry Eastern MA, National Association of Women in Construction and the United States Green Building Council.
