By: Farah Samawi Mr. Naif Zuraikat, the General Manager of KHBTCC managed by Hilton commenced the gathering by welcoming employees and thanking them for their marvelous efforts during 2011. “It is an honor to have you all here to celebrate our great achievements and start a new year with new goals, higher targets and greater ambitions; I thank each and every one of you for all of your efforts and I trust that with your commitment and dedication, we will be able to achieve even greater results this year”, said Mr. Zuraikat. The HR department then presented the team with recent developments, Hilton’s annual updates in addition to a brief review of 2011 figures. The management also recognized top achievers and announced the employee of the fourth quarter of 2011: Mr. Talal Ghaleb, a banquet waiter. On this occasion, Mr. Ali Kilani, Assistant Human Resources Manager at the Hilton-managed KHBTCC, said: “Our success as a company is possible because we have team players, and all of us are focused on exceeding the expectations of our customers. Our greatest asset is certainly our engaged workforce and this illustrates a significant impact on our customers, our market and the business landscape as a whole”. Since then, KHBTCC was known as one of the most convenient convention center in the area.
