By: Neal Zipser The esteemed annual awards program recognizes the top local wedding vendors from the WeddingWire Network who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness and professionalism within the wedding industry. While many industry awards are selected by the organization, ShutterBooth was selected based on its stellar reviews from past newlywed clients. According to Neal Zipser, who has led the ShutterBooth operations in the Raleigh-Durham area since 2008, photo booths have become a popular choice for brides over the past couple of years. The trend is also spreading into other events, such as corporate parties, Sweet 16 parties, high school proms, class reunions and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. “The photo booth has come a long way since the old black and white strips from the machines at the beach that many people grew up with,” Zipser said. “The technology has come a long way, but the thrill and enjoyment experienced by those who experience the booth is still there from our childhood days. “Being a locally owned and operated business, we are certainly proud to be recognized by many of the brides and their families in the area that we were able to make their special days more fun, unique and memorable,” he added. ShutterBooth is recognized as part of the top five percent of wedding professionals in the WeddingWire local vendor community, comprised of over 200,000 wedding professionals throughout the United States and Canada. The Bride’s Choice Award recognizes the best local wedding vendors across 20 service categories, from wedding venues to wedding photographers, based on their overall professional achievements throughout the past year.
