Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants Launches CPE-Palooza

Jan. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) has launched its 2012 “CPE-Palooza,” a festival of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses that give organization members and non-members the ultimate access to the latest accounting profession information, big savings and prizes.  It runs through June 30, 2012.

Now through March 31, 2012, MACPA members and non-members who are present at any live classroom course, can receive a 10 percent discount for the next CPE event they attend through the end of March.  This does not include webinars and self-study classes.  Course attendees will be eligible for a grand prize drawing on April 1, 2012.

In preparation for CPE-Palooza, the MACPA added 18 new programs to its winter 2012 CPE catalog.  Course topics include tax preparation, Michigan tax updates, corporate accounting and fraud.
