Almaden Valley Orators Toastmasters Announces Open House Event

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 14, 2012 - Locals are invited to come alone or with guests for food, prizes, and to have a great time!  If you are new to Toastmasters, you'll discover how you can boost your self-confidence and improve your public speaking skills.  Whether you're looking to grow professionally or personally, you're welcome to attend.

The open house event will be located at the Santa Clara Valley Water District Administration Building, 5750 Almaden Expressway, San Jose, CA 95123 in room B-108.  For those planning to attend, you should arrive 10 minutes early in order to check-in.  Please check in with the receptionist for a visitor pass and room directions.

Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches communication, public speaking and leadership skills.  The Toastmasters program is designed to help both men and women learn the arts of listening, speaking, and critical thinking.  It was founded on October 24, 1924 and has served over 4 million people through a network of over 12,800 member clubs worldwide.
