After qualifying, she took a franchise with LDC, but last month she set up her own company, Avril's Driving School - Woking.
The aim behind this is to provide a more personal service to the people she teaches, which is something more difficult when working under the banner of a larger company.
Something she offers to all provisional licence holders, is a free assessment lesson. This allows you to find out more about learning to drive and to see how she teaches, without spending any money.
Once you've taken that first step, driving lessons can be arranged at a time and pace that suits you. So if you prefer to spread out the lessons, regular weekly lessons may be ideal for you. Alternatively, if you are looking to pass quickly, an intensive course may be better.
Once you've passed your driving test, Avril also offers Pass Plus courses for recently passed drivers and refresher lessons for those who want to brush up on their skills.
