Merittech http://www.merittech.com/, an Infor Partner, brokered the deal between LogicData and Cynosure for iShop.  

LogicData developed and sells iShop, the superior e-Commerce storefront for SyteLine ERP. Additionally, LogicData is an Infor Gold Partner Value Added Reseller of SyteLine, the world class ERP software package designed for discrete manufacturing.
