She welcomes students of any yoga discipline to her retreats, giving people time to deepen their individual asana practices, as well as devoting time to both pranayama and yoga philosophy. As well, there will be plenty of time to explore both culture and nature in the stunning, late-summer landscapes that form the retreat’s backdrop - the artistic and gastronomic discoveries of laid-back, suburban Melbourne, and the super-secluded, golden-sand beaches and deep native bush of New Zealand’s Abel Tasman National Park.
