Dedham, MA Single-Family Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall November 2011

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 11, 2012 - The median price of single-family homes in Dedham, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in November 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com), an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 15.5 percent in November 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $52,000.  Single-family home sales dropped 31.6 percent in November 2011, a difference of six sales compared to November 2010.

The median price of condominiums increased 68.9 percent in November 2011, a difference of $137,500 compared to November 2010. Condo sales in Dedham, MA rose 100 percent in November 2011, a difference of two sales compared to November 2010.

There was only one multi-family home sold in November 2011 in Dedham, MA, up from zero sales in the previous month of November.
