Russie Weidl Real Estate Agent in Orlando Area Awarded for 5th Year

Dec. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- (Lake Mary, Fl) Russie Weidl, Real Estate Agent for Watson Realty Corporation in Lake Mary, Florida, was recently awarded the title of “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction in Lake Mary, Fl and Area” as a Real Estate Agent for the fifth year in a row.

Orlando Magazine hired an independent research company to poll all residents in the Orlando Florida region who had recently purchased a home over $150,000 during a 21 month period from May 2009 to February 2011. Surveys were also sent to 250 mortgage brokers and title companies to judge the real estate agent’s technical skills. They also polled 1000 subscribers of the Orlando Magazine.

They were looking for agents who wowed their customers, were knowledgeable, and professional in getting the purchase transaction completed.  

Agents did not pay to be included in the research or the final list. The overall evaluation was based on the average of the respondents and not on one individual survey.

Survey respondents evaluated the real estate agent based on direct personal experience. They were asked to rank the agent on nine service attributes.  These were customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing of home and overall satisfaction. Many clients not only filled in the surveys, they wrote essays on what they loved about their real estate agent.

When the results came back the finalists were further scrutinized to make sure they had current licenses and did not have any disciplinary actions pending. They were then interviewed by a blue ribbon panel of Realty Company Executives and Professional Trade Association Officers.  Less than 2% of the licensed agents in the Orlando region were nominated to this year’s list.

Russie Weidl was among those awarded and received the “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction in Lake Mary, Fl and Area” for 2011. She also received this award in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

In the last five years this “Multi Million Dollar Producer” was awarded the Gold Pinnacle Award for achieving sales of over $10 Million four times in the Central Florida Region. Russie has also received the “Top Hot 100 Realtors” award in Orlando, Florida for the last 5 years. For the third year Russie was named to the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Power Producer group.
