Dec. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Maik Wiedenbach is a NYC and East Hampton based personal trainer. You can check Maik's official website Adler Training for more information on his personal training as well as his DVD on how to prevent repetitive strain injuries. Maik also wrote a book called 101 Fitness Myths available on Amazon.com. This book is a unique fitness book for novices, whether they're new to the gym or have been working out religiously for years and are frustrated by lack of results.

Now I know what you are thinking. It's one thing for a trainer to look that good (even though there are some trainers who look like they have lost their gym membership since 1998) but the most inportant is the client's result right? Well I have just what you want to see. Here are photos of Richard Gerst – a long time contributor on OhLaLa, who has also been a client of Maik’s for the past three years.
