Andover, MA Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall November 2011

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 10, 2012 - The median price of homes in Andover, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in November 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com), an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 3.2 percent in November 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $16,250.  Single-family home sales dropped 13 percent in November 2011, a difference of three sales compared to November 2010.

The median price of condominiums increased 36.8 percent in November 2011, a difference of $73,500 compared to November 2010. Condo sales in Andover, MA remained flat, with three sales each year in the month of November.

There was one multi-family home sold in both November 2010 and 2011 in Andover, MA.
