Beginning at 10AM on New Years Day we will be offering a sweet way to bring in the New Year.  It is a great way for us to meet you and for you to meet the people working for American Gold Exchange in Los Angeles.

We are gold and silver buyers in Los Angeles.  Sell us your jewelry in any condition, coins, watches, gold teeth, and we will give you an additional 20% on the items we purchase from you.

Our store is located at the Marsel Plaza, 1080 S. La Cienega Boulevard, #103, Los Angeles, CA  90035.  We are right next door to Verizon.  Our phone number is 310-652-0404.  We have free parking in our street level lot and subterranean lots.

American Gold Exchange in Los Angeles has a Second Hand Dealer's License through the Department of Justice and a Los Angeles Police Commission Permit.  We are fully licensed to do business in Los Angeles.

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and from 10:30 AM - 4:00PM on Saturday and Sunday.

We use two methods for testing, electronic and acid testing.  We want to protect our clients and ourselves by giving you the best rate for your gold.  The gold market fluctuates hourly so we have to be sure we are staying on target each day.

We know some items have sentimental value, but sometimes selling those items makes more sense.  We are buying your gold and silver to send to a refiner.  We do not resell your items.  American Gold Exchange is not a pawnshop. We are buyers of Gold and Silver.  Once we purchase your gold and silver, the next step is for the items to go to the refinery as scrap metal.

We offer in-store private gold parties for you, your family, friends and co-workers.  Your friends should bring in their gold and silver to sell at the party.  We will be testing and weighing each piece.  Each person will receive a check for their gold based on the karat and weight.  

The party host will receive a check for anything you sell to us, plus a 20% bonus based on everything we purchase that day from your party guests.  

Parties need to be scheduled at least 5 days in advance of the date you prefer.  We can also work around your schedule if our hours do not work for you.

We provide the light refreshments for your party and you provide the people.  The parties can be for up to six people, and as small as 3 people.

We have a very beautiful boutique shop located at the corner of La Cienega Boulevard and Whitworth Drive, between Pico Boulevard to the South and Olympic Boulevard to the North.

Remember, extra money to spend for Chanukah and Christmas is as easy as finding broken necklaces, earring backs, rings, and watches at the bottom of your closet.  We buy your jewelry in any condition.

We hope to welcome the New Year with you and your friends.  New Years Day is a celebration, but we welcome you seven days a week.
