Moss & Associates To Renovate Greenville Baptist Association Offices

Dec. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Moss & Associates was recently awarded a design-build renovation project by the Greenville Baptist Association for its existing headquarters at 220 Howe Street in Greenville. Work began in November.

The 10,000-square-foot renovation will be two-fold: the Greenville Baptist Association will occupy 3,000 square feet of the renovated space for offices, and the balance of the building will be refit for a new tenant, the Greenville Dialysis Center.

As part of the Greenville Baptist renovation, Moss will make improvements to the existing building’s exterior and infrastructure utilities.  The interior office space will accommodate the Association’s office staff, while also allowing “flex” space for meetings and other Association business.  Renovations for the dialysis center will include replacement of the building’s existing load-bearing masonry wall with structural steel to give the space an “open” feel.  With all new interior finishes, the space is designed to accommodate as many as 20 patients at a time, while also allowing adequate area for staff members.
