Dec. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Russell Brand, Ozzy Osbourne, Carrie Ann Inaba and Elisha Dushku are some of the celebrities who have just been recently turned to eating only plant-based meals. What got them converted is the documentary that's making a buzz in the green world - Fork Over Knives. However, in addition to just eating green, MyCleaningProducts suggested that cleaning must also be made green for a healthier living.

The documentary basically examines the claims that degenerative diseases that humans suffer from 'can be controlled and reversed by rejecting animal-based and processed foods. And based on the response received, it is a successful film.

Nonetheless, the 'green documentary' is a success not just in the aspect of showing a great film. It is also a success in convincing viewers to switch to veganism as it literally can save lives.

“If you are into healthy living you probably know or might have already watched 'Fork Over Knives'. If this is the first time you heard about it then count yourself blessed. Why? It's because, just as the movie's tagline says, it could save your life. Not convinced? Well, it's the opposite for many Hollywood celebrities.”

“More specifically, 'Fork Over Knives' is a documentary. It basically investigates the claim that degenerative diseases that can burden us can be controlled or reversed by avoiding animal-based and processed foods.”

“Among the many celebrities the film had already turned to taking plant-based mealls are Russell Brand, Ozzy Osbourne and Carrie Ann Inaba. Elisha Dushku also recently added herself to the list even tweeting about her shift to the vegan world.”

“The health documentary Forks Over Knives is creating big changes in Hollywood. The film, which touts the health benefits of a vegan diet, has been the catalyst for several celebs to embrace a plant-based diet. The first to announce the change was comedian and longtime vegetarian Russell Brand, who proclaimed last month that he made the leap to veganism after watching the film.”

“It wasn’t a surprise that more celebs followed suit, but few were expecting rocker Ozzy Osbourne to be the next one to take the plunge. While appearing on wife Sharon’s show The Talk, he announced that he, too, was switching to an animal-free diet after viewing Forks Over Knives, and stated that he hoped the diet would make him feel better while he’s on tour.”

“And now the film, which, according to its website, ”examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting animal-based and processed foods,” can claim another celebrity convert: Dancing With the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba.”
