Rust Damages Wisconsin's Streetlights, MyRustRemoval Suggest Rusterizer for Treatment

Dec. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Street lights in Reedsburg Wisconsin were discovered rusting. And due to corrosion, plus the light pollution, it is indicated that they may need replacements. Wanting to help the city with the rust treatment, MyRustRemoval suggested the use of a non toxic rust remover.

According to Shawn Ross, electric department supervisor for Reedsburg Utility, the corrosion in the light poles was discovered when city workers looked for rust problems. The inspection was spurred to action when one of the street lamps fell to a parked car on the Main Street in September.

Based on the inspection, about 114 light poles were found rusting around their bases. However, officials have not identified how many of the street lamps are badly affected. When or how many of them will be replaced was also not determined.
