Mr. Bracken’s practice emphasizes commercial, construction, copyright infringement and personal injury litigation, including arbitration and trial defense work for downhole service providers. He was recognized in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for his work in oil & gas law, and was honored in the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers listing in the area of business litigation.
Mr. Stevens focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions in the oil & gas exploration and production and energy services sectors of the energy market and counsels boards of directors and company executives on mergers and acquisitions, compliance and executive compensation matters.
