HENRY’S LAUNCHES SEASON MENU Discounted gift certificates also offered for the holidays

Nov. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Celebrated Henry’s Executive Chef Adam Brown has created a number of new seasonal items the restaurant has added to its award-winning dinner menu.

New ‘Comfort Classic’ dinner entrees include the Coriander-Pepper Seared "Rare" Yellowfin Tuna with roasted fennel, sautéed spinach, roasted potato planks and lemon vinaigrette; the Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Pistachio-Basil Pesto served with roasted golden beets, fresh tomatoes, wilted arugula, shaved pecorino cheese, and rustic bread crumbs; and the Seasonal Vegetable Plate with a choice of four vegetables or sides for the vegetarian diner.

New ‘Daily Classic’ dinner entrees include Wednesday's Beef Short Rib Bourguignonne served with roasted mushrooms, pearl onions, tomatoes, roasted potato planks in a red wine sauce, and Saturday's feature is the Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops served with the fresh vegetable of the day.

Henry's has also added additional small plates including the Slow Braised Carnitas Sliders topped with ancho barbeque sauce, jicama-red cabbage slaw and crispy onions; Crispy Calamari and Zucchini served with tomato sauce and tartar sauce; Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with crispy bacon and roasted garlic; a Mediterranean Plate with crispy eggplant cake served with sides of hummus, cucumber and feta salad, marinated beets and tzatziki sauce; and the Fish Tacos "A La Plancha" topped with cabbage slaw, salsa verde, pico de gallo, aji amarillo served with soft corn tortillas.

And, just in time for the holidays, South Florida restaurateur Burt Rapoport, President of Rapoport’s Restaurant Group, Inc., is responding to the economic crunch this season by providing an additional 25% for consumers who purchase Henry’s gift certificates. For every $100 in gift certificates purchased at Henry’s restaurant in Delray Beach, consumers receive $25 free. This promotion runs through December 31, 2011.
