Life Matters Radio Show Logo
In addition to sharing insights and information on issues and current events not commonly discussed each week in the mainstream media. “Life Matters” also features interviews and health and wellness issues.
This week, Sunday, November 27th, 2011, the show focuses on “Passion - The key to reinventing yourself.” Special Guest, Author, former Computer Scientist and College Professor, Rene Natan shares using your passions to reinvent yourself.
Passion is the key to reinventing yourself, according to Natan. "So many people find themselves at the crossroads in their lives and they set their sights too low," she said. "It may be after retirement, or even decades before, but whenever it happens, we should reach for the stars. Instead of just trying to stave off boredom, we should be aiming for finding something that fulfills us, that gets us up in the morning and keeps us up late at night. If we're not living every minute that we're breathing, we're just wasting time and air."
Rene Natan is a retired computer scientist and college professor of 32 years who is now the author of 8 books and a variety of short stories. Her message is that people should always live their lives through their passions, and never stop reinventing themselves.
Although the show is currently broadcast live from Phoenix, Arizona on terrestrial radio station KKNT AM 960, Listeners can listen on local small market radio stations, visit the shows website at www.LifeMattersMedia.com Sundays - 5 pm to 6pm MST to listen live or check out the show's website Archive to hear the show later. "As we put together the show we always envision it being listened to by a family sitting down to Sunday dinner." Says Bofman. With the exception of an interview on a serious subject, an atmosphere of fun, humor and good times permeates the show. "Life Matters" strives to be a fun, entertaining, informative and inspiring hour as my Co-Hosts and I agree, disagree, and discuss what our listeners deal with in their lives. Even so, its important to us that our end product be a show the whole family can enjoy together." In a world of “Shock Jocks” and “Contentious Radio Talk Shows” that apparently is what makes “Life Matters” unique.
