“With all major enhancements to the website now completed for 2011, we saw a gap in our diary that presented an opportunity to really help our users even more. The website gets a heavy daily traffic level yet we need to offer as many ways to assist our customers as we can. Video is the perfect answer. Its visual, easy to create and shows the user just how powerful our platform is. It’s a no brainer!”
