Leading Independent Specialist Insurance & Reinsurance Broker Miller Selects Singularity BPM Product

Nov. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- As part of its continuous drive towards improving operational efficiency through automation, Miller looks to deliver real-time management information; standardizing processes, reducing paper and manual processing therefore reducing operational risk.

Using a top-down approach, Miller chose to adopt BPM as an enabler to facilitate and align business related change and I.T. assets. Miller believed the integration of a BPM product would ensure a consistent way of managing change and delivering incremental successes through a phased enterprise adoption.

As part of the tender process Singularity, was selected to partake in a Proof of Concept (PoC). In an intensive one week PoC at Miller's London Office, Singularity demonstrated how its BPM & Case Management product, TotalAgility, could add value and enhance the company's business process agility. Miller has since selected Singularity as their BPM provider.
