Begin with a choice of Calabaza Squash & Caramelized Fennel Soup served with cumin spiced Greek yogurt and spiced pepitas or Grilled Cranberry Pomegranate Caesar featuring grilled heart of romaine, rosemary croutons, shaved pecorino, and tangerine oil. Entrée selections include a choice of Apple Cider Brined & Roasted Turkey served with herb gravy and spicy pomegranate glaze, butternut squash, sage and hazelnut stuffing, haricot verts with Meyer lemon vinaigrette, and a zucchini muffin; Spiral Cut Honey Baked Ham served with a honey and whole grain mustard glaze, creamy rutabaga and potato gratin with gruyere, shaved brussels sprouts with shitake mushrooms and shallots in brown sage butter, and a bacon corn bread muffin; or Stuffed Roasted Butternut Squash served with a sage and hazelnut filling, shaved brussels sprouts with shitake mushrooms and shallots in brown sage butter, creamy rutabaga and potato gratin with gruyere, and a zucchini muffin (vegetarian option). Dessert features a traditional Pumpkin Pie served with ginger cream and pomegranate coulis.
