Join Just Fitness 4U and the Atlanta Community Food Bank in the Fight Against Hunger

We all know that eating well is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, but what happens
when you have nothing to eat at all? Just Fitness 4U is partnering with the Atlanta Community Food Bank to fight hunger here in the North Atlanta area!

Throughout the month of November, we will have food bins at the gym- so donating is easy! Help us give back! To show our appreciation, here’s what we’ll do for you:

~Do you have a friend or family member that would like to come workout with you?
Bring your workout buddy, along with one food item, and they can try the gym for
free!
~Have you been wanting to take a class, but have not yet upgraded your membership?
November is a great time to try a class! Bring three food items and try any
class for free! Bring a friend and they can do the same!
~The holidays are around the corner, and now is a great time to buckle down and get
going with a great personalized workout plan. Bring in five food items and get a
free Personal Training session! You guessed it– bring in a friend, and they can do
the same! (Note: Free PT sessions are limited to one per person.)
~ Remember to log your donation at the front desk each time you come into the gym.
The member who donates the greatest number of items will receive a free membership
for a year!!
