"Julian and I have grown Augusta I.T. over the past decade, driven by the desire to provide exceptional I.T. service and support to our clients," added Tippett.  "As we explored this opportunity with EDTS, we realized that our companies had extraordinarily similar goals and could mutually benefit from working as a team, rather than as competitors.  All parties involved have the highest degree of respect for one another due to our proximity and compatible business approach.  My colleagues and I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of EDTS, and are particularly excited about how the expanded depth and talents of our combined teams will increase value and benefit to our clients."

And despite the growth and change that is inherent in any acquisition, both Johnson and Tippett are adamant that clients will not experience service interruptions or inconvenience.  “Not only are we adding depth across our team, but we are bringing aboard faces familiar to these clients, and adding talented colleagues that we know from experience will embrace our organization’s culture of ‘client service first,’ ” Johnson noted.  “Client service is an integral part of the EDTS identity.  We are confident that these new clients will be welcomed and well served, and our newest associates will be valued and important members of the EDTS team.”
