DJ TATIANA, and Alter Male Ego MUZIKILLZ, Announces Departure from Caesar's Palace Las Vegas

Oct. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Tatiana Alvarez, also known as DJ TATIANA, is not just another pretty face with a 5'oclock shadow! This multi talented DJ, producer and label owner actually concealed her stunning beauty by becoming MUZIKILLZ, her male DJ persona. A few years ago Alvarez went undercover as MUZIKILLZ to be taken seriously in a male dominated industry. When asking Tatiana why she wouldn't just use her physical attributes to her advantage, Alvarez stated "A few years back this venue in New York heard my mix and really wanted to book me until they found out that I was a woman, and so MUZIKILLZ was born!"

DJ TATIANA seems to be a pro at breaking the gender boundaries. This year Tatiana was one of the select female DJs chosen to play the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, and shortly after played the Art Car at the legendary Burning Man Festival. Tatiana was also the only female resident DJ ever at The Shadow Lounge in Caesar's Palace. After a two-year run with the Shadow Lounge, DJ TATIANA has announced that she would be leaving to further develop her latest masterpiece KILLRKAT.

KILLRKAT is a high tech cutting edge Dance Music duo that was first unleashed at Tao Beach on Memorial Day weekend 2011. Since entering the scene KILLRKAT has garnered fanfare and accolades within the electronic community and has been chosen to play high profile events like Comic Con and the Earth Dance festival in San Diego. The duo continues to build momentum. This Halloween KILLRKAT will be performing live at The Beauty Bar in Las Vegas. Leaving the Shadow Lounge will allow Tatiana the time to see KILLRKAT to its full potential. Alvarez will also return to international touring and large circuit festivals.
