Deadline For High School “No Texting While Driving” Context Extended To October 30, 2011

The Avery Law Firm has announced that the deadline for high school students to enter its “No Texting While Driving” competition has been extended to October 30, 2011.
 
Oct. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- The Avery Law Firm has announced that the deadline for high school students to enter its “No Texting While Driving” competition has been extended to October 30, 2011.

High school juniors and seniors throughout the Falls Church/Fairfax County are being asked to use their creativity in developing a message aimed at their peers - - persuading them to refrain from texting while driving. Entries will consist of a logo and campaign slogan.

The winning entry will receive a $2500 award along with a $1,000 award to the winner’s school. In addition, 25 finalists will receive hands-free devices. All students entering will receive a magnet with the winning campaign.

Winners will be announced November 30th, 2011 in a special reception to be held at the Mt. Vernon Country Club in Alexandria, VA.
